Data basis

How to read the figures

The report is calculated by BoligButler from listings that were active at the shown measurement times. A listing counts only once in the same view.

New homes use the date the listing was first registered. Removed homes are listings that our later checks no longer find active at the source.

Price levels are only shown with at least 10 usable observations. The report describes BoligButler’s current listing supply and is not a complete register of all rentals in Denmark.
