A home counts as new on the day the AI Butler finds it for the first time. Later checks do not change this date.
Active homes are listings that still exist at the source. A home only counts as removed when our checks have confirmed that it is no longer active.
The median is the middle stated rent. Price ranges are only shown when at least 10 active homes have a usable rent, so small samples are not presented as a reliable market level.
City areas such as Copenhagen and Aarhus group relevant postal towns and districts. Each listing counts only once within the same view.
The data describes BoligButler’s current listing supply and is not a complete register of all signed leases in Denmark. Source coverage and the number of active listings can change as ads are added, updated or removed.
