Legal operator
BoligButler is operated by ASHERS HUB LIMITED, incorporated on 7 May 2026 and registered in England and Wales under company number 17204476.
The service
BoligButler collects publicly available rentals and helps you search, save homes and receive new matches. BoligButler is not the landlord, estate agent or a party to any tenancy. Information should always be confirmed with the landlord before you enter an agreement or pay any amount.
Account and emails
You are responsible for using an email address you can access. We may send necessary emails about login, security, payment and rental matches you have asked for. Search agents can be paused or deleted from your account, and each listing email includes an unsubscribe option.
Subscription
Browsing is free. An active subscription gives access to contact details and links to original listings. The current offer, renewal price and billing interval are shown clearly before payment is completed on Stripe. See current prices on the pricing page.
Cancellation and access
You can manage and cancel the subscription from your account. After cancellation, access normally continues until the already paid period ends. We may restrict access in case of abuse, security issues or a material breach of these terms.
