Figures in brackets are active listings on 30 September. Prices are typical monthly rent excluding advance utility payments. We show rent only when at least 10 homes in the group have a stated price; otherwise only the home count. A dash means there are too few prices to show a figure or difference.
What does it mean for your search?
For a small home in Copenhagen, compare room count and property type. A one-room apartment and a room in a shared home offer different daily lives. Check utilities and upfront costs.

Lower typical rent does not mean your own rent has fallen.
The homes were not the same at the two measurements. Price differences can also reflect a change in the mix of homes.

Which area and prices are included?
We use the full city search area for Copenhagen from the saved market measurements. Typical rent is the middle listed monthly rent. Both groups need at least 10 usable prices before we show a difference.
Room groups include all property types. Half rooms are rounded down and homes with at least 4 rooms share one historical group. Unknown property types are excluded from the type table.
Why not show how many homes were rented out?
A disappearing listing is not necessarily rented out. Changes can reflect new sources, cleanup or corrections. We therefore do not call them lettings.
The report compares active counts on two dates. It does not count listings added or removed throughout September.
